What to Expect With Mobile Service
- 1. You call us and describe your vehicle and the damage. We give you a quote and check your insurance coverage on the spot.
- 2. We schedule a time that works for you — same-day whenever possible. We'll also confirm your location.
- 3. Our tech arrives with all equipment and your replacement glass. We'll text or call when we're on the way.
- 4. We complete the job — usually 60–90 minutes for a replacement, 30 minutes or less for a chip repair. You don't need to be present; just make sure the vehicle is unlocked if we need to run recalibration.
- 5. Done. We'll give you safe drive-away instructions and clean up any glass debris from the area. Your day can continue as planned.
